This spacious guest suite is within 3 miles of Menifee Countryside Marketplace where you can shop and grab a bite to eat and a 30 min drive from Temecula Wine Country and Pechanga Resort. Space: The suite has its own private entrance, bathroom, HVAC system, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator & Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea bags, utensils, napkins, disposable plates & cups are provided. The outdoor area outside of the guest suite is monitored by security cameras. The space Our house is located in a culdesac in a family type neighborhood. The guest suite is located in the bottom floor with its own private front door entrance and its own dedicated parking space in our driveway which is monitored by security cameras. There’s common walls between the guest suite bathroom and the main house kitchen so minimal noise could be heard from time to time. My property listing is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in the family and is exempt from hosting service animals and/or emotional support animals at this time due to personal health issues. Guest access Guest will have access to one parking space in our driveway.
