It is very close to Rice University, Medical Center, Museums, Parks and Markets, with many bus stops around. The space Remodeled, non-clustered and a minimalist home. Our house is on the first level with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths (please book the other two bedrooms if wanting the whole house). Each private room has its own keyless lock. There are plenty street parkings. Onsite washer/dryer. Clean after yourself. Other things to note No smoking No parties We ask our guests to be courteous + respectful + conscientious + clean up after themselves We commit to provide peaceful place to our guests, please do not slam doors. Our house is a no shoes inside as we thrive to keep the house clean and sanitary as possible, there are indoor slippers for our guests if preferred.
