Travel insurance can cover unexpected events, including weather-related disruptions, flight cancellations, and mandatory evacuations. Please ensure your policy includes coverage for hurricanes and tropical storms. Pool/hottub open dawn to dusk NO PARTIES 2 Humans Max This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $1000 minimum to remove the smoke smell. Smoking is not allowed by the HOA on the balconies. As much as we love our furry children, there are no pets allowed at the condo. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and be charged a $500 fee. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay. We are available via the platform app from 9AM–8PM Eastern Standard.
