Room with access to the terrace

I will provide a spacious room in my house on the outskirts of Poznań with good access to the center (direct bus to the station). Nearby, you will find shops, restaurants, a park and a playground for children. You can easily park in front of the property. There are cats and a dog in the house. Guest access I offer guests a room with a double bed (140 cm wide). It is possible to set up an additional single bed for a third person. There is a table in the room that is suitable for work and, if necessary, can be unfolded and used by two or three people, e.g. for eating or playing games. From the room, you can go to the bathroom through a small corridor. The bathroom is shared with one of the guests in the house. The bathroom has basic toiletries and a hairdryer. From the room, you can go out onto a small terrace (which is sometimes used by the residents) and from there, from the side of the house, directly onto the street. There is an entrance to the office near the terrace, and clients may be there on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can use the shared kitchen, but you can also prepare a meal using the kitchenette (there is a fridge, a single-burner induction hob, pots, a frying pan, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery and a kettle, as well as coffee, tea and sugar).
