Tuyo Casa Sarabandy is a unique place with a garden hot tub and smokeless pit fire away from the hustle and bustle of the city, without leaving Warsaw. We have prepared for you 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 double beds and 2 sofa beds, a living room with AppleTV, a dining room with a table and a fireplace, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a chill out area and a barbecue. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. The space Tuyo Casa Sarabandy is an ideal place for families with children or larger groups of friends looking for relaxation, peace, and spacious interiors with character — without leaving Warsaw, just 10 km from Chopin Airport. The villa offers 190 m² of usable space and consists of two floors. Guests have access to: 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 fold-out corner sofa, 1 fold-out sofa, a space with a swing and sofas, perfect for spending time together or reading books, a living room with comfortable seating and a TV with Apple TV access: Netflix, HBO, Disney+, YouTube, a dining room with a large table for 9 people and a fireplace, a spacious kitchen with a side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave, 2 bathrooms — one on each floor. There is parking space for 2 cars on the property. Garden, terrace and grill: There is a beautiful garden on both sides of the villa, offering plenty of space to relax. On the terrace, there is a large table with chairs and a charcoal grill. Charcoal for the grill is not included in the rental price. Please do not use wood or flammable substances in the grill. After use, please leave the grill in the same condition as it was before your arrival. Outdoor hot tub: There is a wood-fired outdoor hot tub in the garden, available for an additional fee. In summer, the hot tub can be used as a pool to cool off or for warm baths. Water heating is available from May to September. In winter, the hot tub can be used for cold-water immersion. The fee for preparing the hot tub is PLN 150 for one preparation. During the summer season, wood is prepared on a special stand in an amount sufficient for approximately 5–6 hours of hot tub use. Additional separate wood is available for the fire pit/fireplace. The hot tub is operated independently by Guests. a) Lighting the fire Lighting the fire and adding wood is done independently by Guests. b) Wood preparation The wood prepared on the special stand is sufficient for one use of the hot tub, approximately 5–6 hours. If you would like to use the hot tub more than once, please let us know before arrival. c) Firelighter We provide basic firelighter; however, its quality, such as dryness, may depend on weather conditions. We recommend bringing your own firelighter. Please use only eco-friendly firelighter. The use of liquid firelighter is prohibited. d) How to keep the fire going We recommend lighting the fire gradually, using smaller pieces of wood. This allows the water to heat more efficiently and safely. After lighting the fire, please add 1–2 pieces of wood approximately every 40 minutes. Smokeless fire pit: Guests also have access to an original smokeless fire pit, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with family and friends by the glow of the fire. The fire pit may only be lit using the wood prepared inside the fire pit and in the basket next to it. Each additional bundle of wood is delivered only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee of PLN 40 for 5–8 pieces of wood. Please do not use liquid firelighter to light the fire pit. Staying with pets: Small pets, such as a dog or cat, are allowed only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee of PLN 40 per night per pet. A maximum of 2 pets may stay at the property. The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet. Guests arriving with pets are required to clean up after their pets — both inside the house and on the property grounds. If guests do not clean up after their pet, the cost of additional cleaning may be deducted from the deposit or added as an additional charge in the payment details. Housekeeping rules: Please leave the house in a generally tidy condition. Rubbish should be placed in the rubbish bin located on the property. Please report any damage or problems to the host immediately. If staying with a pet, please clean up after it thoroughly, especially outside. Guest access You have access to the entire house. The villa has been equipped with a self check-in feature and have an electric lock so you can check in and out freely without having to collect your keys. On the day of your stay, you will receive an individual door access code with detailed check-in/check-out instructions. Other things to note Segregation of rubbish is compulsory on the property. The house is prepared for a quiet rest, smoking and parties and events are prohibited on the property. If you wish to use breakfasts delivered to your flat door, please inform us by a maximum of 19:30 the day before breakfast delivery. Here are the breakfast versions to choose from: traditional (continental) or vegetarian. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about the version and number of breakfasts (in case of more than 1 Guest). Delivery takes place between 07:30 and 09:30 to the flat door.
