The space Size: This is a very small, thoughtfully designed studio in a multi-unit townhouse building, best suited for one guest only. The layout is compact, efficient, with high-quality finishes throughout. If spaciousness or square footage is important to you, this unit may not be the right fit. We share this upfront to ensure the space meets your expectations and to help avoid any disappointment. The Space: You’ll have a private entrance and private patio, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and brand-new furnishings. The suite is on the first floor, with a separate unit located upstairs. The only shared areas are the driveway and rear parking. Housekeeping or maintenance may occasionally access the laundry room via the patio area behind the suite. Parking: Please park only in your assigned space. All other parking spots are reserved and may not be used. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Guest access You will have access to your unit, your immediate back patio, laundry sets and the driveway/assigned parking at the back. Do not open or access beyond the wooden fence door that has "Authorized Personnel Only" sign Same-day that has a check-in also has a check-out happens in most of our bookings, our housekeeping needs to have sufficient time in between to do cleaning so we have difficulty to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We recommend all guests to factor this in when making a booking decision and to have a plan to check in after our regular check in time 4:00pm and check by 11:00am on check out day. Other things to note -- We provide basic cooking essentials, pink rock salt, peppercorn and grinders but no cooking oil or any other liquid cooking material, spices for food safety reason. --We have multiple exterior only cameras mounted at the front, side, and back of the building near entrances, parking lot and patio. --We do not have a mailbox, and therefore, postal services are not available. However, you can still arrange package and food deliveries directly with vendors and carriers. Please note that hosts will not be able to administer or guard your package deliveries and, as such, are not responsible for any potential loss or theft of packages. --Don't be alarmed when you see housekeeping using the laundry room outside of your backdoor or access the storage room from your back patio. --Same-day that has a check-in also has a check-out happens in most of our bookings, our housekeeping needs to have sufficient time in between to do cleaning so we have difficulty to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We recommend all guests to factor this in when making a booking decision and to have a plan to check in after our regular check in time unless we notify you otherwise. --As part of our sustainability efforts, we have chosen not to provide one-time disposable personal toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bar soap. And we do provide large reusable bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/liquid hand soap. --A mandatory full cleaning with sheets/towel changes every 4 weeks will be arranged at guest's expense (the same rate as your departure cleaning fee you pay at booking) for longer stay. --If you leave things behind after check out and we can locate them, our cleaner will charge $40 to run the errant of shipping using USPS + whatever the shipping cost if you request it within a week. After that we will donate all left over belongings to local charity organization. --Insets. Our properties are located close to the ground, which may occasionally allow insects such as ants, spiders, or flies and other bugs to enter, despite our routine pest control measures. We make every effort to minimize this.
