Only 300 m to Parque Manantial – pools, restaurant, hiking trails, horseback riding & truck tours possible. 🌿 The space Our Casas Mariposa 1 & 2 are part of a lovingly maintained holiday complex in a closed, safe residential neighborhood in Hohenau. The houses form a duplex house on a 1,200 m² plot with other guest houses (Mariposa 3 detached, Mariposa 4 under construction). Amenities per house: 68 m² of living space 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds, flexible) Modern bathroom with shower Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning in all rooms Wi-Fi, TV & washing machine Private terrace overlooking the garden Facility & outdoor area: Shared garden with outdoor shower Quincho (barbecue area) for shared use Quiet walking paths right in the neighborhood and playground for children Parque Manantial Just 300 m (5-minute walk) away is Parque Manantial – direct access from the neighborhood. For our guests, admission is free, as well as the use of the pools, restaurant, barbecue areas and hiking trails. In the park, you can also: Nature 🐎 rides 🚜 Guided Truck Tours on the Paraná River ☕ Book breakfast at the park restaurant Other things to note > 🔨 Note: Mariposa 4 is currently being built next to the complex. The work takes place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (lunch break 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.). Saturdays only until 1 pm, Sundays it is quiet.
