Welcome to our duplex house Casas Mariposa 1 & 2 in Hohenau 🌸 In a safe, closed neighborhood, peace, comfort & nature await you. 68 m² of living space with terrace, air conditioning, kitchen, Wi-Fi & garden. Only 300 m to Parque Manantial – pools, restaurant, hiking trails, horseback riding & truck tours possible. 🌿 The space Our Casas Mariposa 1 & 2 are part of a lovingly maintained holiday complex in a closed, safe residential neighborhood in Hohenau. The houses form a duplex house on a 1,200 m² plot with other guest houses (Mariposa 3 freestanding, Mariposa 4 under construction). Amenities per house: 68 m² of living space 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds, flexible) Modern bathroom with shower Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning in all rooms Wi-Fi, TV & washing machine Private terrace overlooking the garden Facility & outdoor area: Shared garden with outdoor shower Quincho (barbecue area) for common use Quiet walks right in the neighborhood and playground for children Parque Manantial Only about 300 m (5 minutes' walk) away is Parque Manantial – direct access from the barrio. Admission is free for our guests, as well as the use of the pools, restaurant, barbecue areas and hiking trails. In the park you can also: 🐎 Horseback riding through nature 🚜 Guided truck tours on the Río Paraná ☕ Book breakfast at the park restaurant Other things to note > 🔨 Note: Mariposa 4 is currently being built next to the complex. The work takes place on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm (lunch break 11:30 am - 1:30 pm). Saturdays only until 1 pm, Sundays are quiet.
