Rozinhas Beach House is a beautiful and cozy beach house. We are close to everything and 1.5 km from the beach in Boiçucanga. We prepare everything with great care to make you feel at home. The space -2 bedrooms Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 extra double mattress + fan Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + air conditioning -1 bathroom -1 half-bath - Full kitchen - Living room with TV - Condominium with pool and barbecue area (shared with other residents - total of 6 houses in the condominium) - Garage for 1 car Come and enjoy days of peace, joy and lots of beach at Rozinhas Beach House ♥ Other things to note *Maximum number of guests in the house = 5 (4 people in beds and 1 in separate mattress) **If necessary, we can include 1 child, totaling 5 adults and 1 child maximum. ***We accept pets without extra fee, but it depends on the size, due to the space of the house. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet ♥ We ask guests to bring bed linens, towels, and pillows.
