A serene space with all amenities provided to enjoy. it's on the 4th level of the building, which calls for a climb up the stairs but worth it - with a 360-degree wrap around balcony. The space Your very own space of the whole apartment. Spacious bedroom with cupboards that's good for long term & short-term bookings. Privacy is paramount with the ensuite. Then there is the Lounge for 2 & dining area. Walk into a spacious kitchen - either to cook up a storm or do short meals to save time for other things or takeaways. A place to relax & enjoy the 100% cotton bed sheets & towels. TV & WIFI provided for entertainment. All amenities - shampoo & conditioners, soap & shower gel & toilet papers are provided for - so come with ease. Bedroom has an AC to cool you off in summer. A mobile fan also made available for those who prefer fans to cool off in the front lounge. The height & the wall-to-wall windows ensures that the place is cool in summer with breeze falls. The area is bright and walking onto the balcony gives one a feel of openness. Guest access Guests will park their vehicle within the property if space is available, as other guest may also have vehicles. However, there is ample parking available just outside our gate within our own space at location. Once parked , guests will climb steps that start from level 2 and all the way up to Level 4 - a climb that is worth the spectacular view on that height & the great niche with all privacy. The stairs have railings on both sides for safety. Lights are located at strategic positions to help see the stairs at night. Other things to note As part of our commitment to transparency and ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible, we would like to bring to your attention a minor aspect of our property: 1. Operating Cane cutting season is July to Dec. Despite our location being distanced from the mills, occasional residue from their operations may be carried by winds onto the balcony and balcony furniture. This is minimal & may not even be noticeable to most guests. 2. Neigbours guard dogs do bark in the nights. Some guests have mentioned this in their reviews and many others haven't. It does seem periodic. So please do bear this in mind when booking my place. 3. We have schools nearby and may have some assembly announcements as well as their halls get hired for weekend functions - again being transparent as to the function noise.
