The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with a private entrance. The kitchen area and hallway are open-plan and flow smoothly into the dining and living area. The kitchen itself is new and has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. In the functionally furnished bedroom there is a double bed for two people. The terrace is almost invisible from the street.
