Guest access The whole house will be accessible except the garage and the downstairs apartment which remains inhabited by my husband and me. But independent entrance and no one opposite our guests. You will have your privacy preserved. You will be able to benefit from our services whenever you want (cleaning, yoga classes, shopping... prices to be requested during your booking) and this allows us to be responsive in case of concern and also to be able to continue to maintain the property (watering, pool maintenance...) during your stay. Other things to note Cars that are too low (sports car type, Porsche, etc.) will have trouble climbing to park at the foot of the house. But there's parking just downstairs if needed. Otherwise, you can park your vehicles on the property. The house is not really suitable for very young children, the pool is overflowing so it can be dangerous and there are plenty of steps. From 6 years old it's perfect! (Or toddlers who can't walk yet). Not suitable for people with disabilities either. We apologize for this. The house is located in a very quiet environment. We live there the rest of the year so we favor families and friends who want a quiet vacation!!! Respect for those around us is essential. Please go somewhere else if you would like to party every night ;-) The house is located near a relay antenna, there is no noise pollution and the wave survey carried out every year is very good! We have lived there for 15 years and our four daughters have become adults in good health! The owners live in a separate accommodation, below the house, with an independent entrance, which allows responsiveness in case of concern and a concierge service if necessary (rates on request)
