No kids. No pets. The space Property is located 4.5 miles off of the pavement on a gravel driveway that is regularly maintained. Guest access Entire house and property are available for your use with the booking. Other things to note Please assist with conserving energy. Consider opening windows to benefit from breezes. Use of thermostat outside of range of 70-80 degrees will incur a $10 per day fee to offset energy costs. Liquor, wines, laundry soap, charcoal/gas and grill supplies available on site on an honor system to replace or leave money. WiFi speed is 10 mbps download and average 1mbps upload.
