Built-in the 1950s, and recently remodeled we've kept the mid-century modern feel with a touch of a beach vibe. You are welcomed with a bright and spacious living room, restored original hardwood floors, and a high ceiling with all rooms aligned with windows allowing ample natural light to flow throughout the home. The floorplan allows for the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom to reside apart from the other bedrooms. In addition to the spacious and comfy living room and dedicated office space, the open concept and fully stocked kitchen and dining room are also aligned windows allowing tons of natural light overlooking and access to the lush fenced-in backyard. Spend time on the hammock under the shade or bbq grill under the twinkle lights. The whole house and yard is for your enjoyment. We live closeby and are available if needed. We are close to downtown Lake Worth Beach’s vibrant downtown and arts and live music scene. unique restaurants, coffee shops, and galleries. We are a 7-minute drive, uber/Lyft or 15-minute bike ride to beautiful Lake Worth beach. Downtown West Palm Beach with many restaurants, shopping and nightlife options are just a 15 min car ride away. Delray Beach is 20 minutes away. Lake Worth Beach is home to over 1,000 vintage buildings. Plenty of parking in front of the home. Two beach cruiser bikes are provided for strolling in the neighborhood or beach-bound.
