The space The house is in an environmental protection area, very green, with birds singing and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, although it is in a busy neighborhood. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), two containing air-conditioning and ceiling fan and 1 only ceiling fan. Pets are welcome, as long as they respect the rules: they are not allowed on the beds and sofas, if they pee on the bed rugs, sofas will have to pay the cleaning fees for them.
