Punta Blanca 2BR,2BA peaceful 16th hole

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located on the 16th hole of Punta Blanca GC with lush tropical surroundings. This 2BR, 2BA spacious condo with large wall to wall patio doors with walk out to large terrace with dining area. Just a few steps away is a private pool for these 2 buildings. A queen bed in MB w/balcony for morning coffee & 2 twins in 2nd BR. Large walk in closet w/safe & on demand water heater. ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA The space PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW). This will be collected via Airbnb at the end of your stay via the Resolution Center. The cost of electricity pretty much depends on how much you use the A/C. It can be anywhere from $1-$2 US per day to over $10 US per day if you were to leave the A/C’s on 24/7. Other things to note You CANNOT drink the water from the faucets here. We will supply you with your first 5 gallon bottle of drinking water, a basic supply of toilet paper (a roll in each bathroom), a bar of soap, two Tide pods, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish cloth and a couple of garbage bags. You will be responsible for any subsequent refills. The local mini markets will deliver replacement 5 gallon bottles to the condo for about RD $100 (NOTE: they will expect to pick up the corresponding number of empty bottles for that price, otherwise, you would need to pay the deposit on any new bottles). ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE HOURS: Normal hours for arrivals and departures are between 8 AM and 6 PM. For any arrivals and/or departures outside of these hours, there will either be a lockbox with the key inside OR a code given in cases where there is an electronic lock. Normal check in time is after 3 PM and normal check out is by 11 AM, however we are flexible unless other clients are arriving and/or departing the same day.
