Spacious studio, almost 900 sf. We call it Kelsea's Korner, after our daughter. It features a king bed, large TV, pool table, private patio and an outdoor shower. The kitchen includes a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. There is a private, covered HOT TUB included in back! Parties and/or events are not allowed! And, you will have your own enclosed outdoor space. The hot water heater is only six (6) gallons. Please shower accordingly to not run out of hot water. The studio is a former garage converted into a one room studio. It has a full bathroom with stand up shower, AC/Heat via a minisplit, a washer & dryer. There is an enclosed outdoor area that includes a patio with a table and four chairs, an outdoor shower and a hot tub! An 8' championship pool table is included. Please, please keep all food and drink away from it. The couch converts to a queen bed, so the space can sleep four. There is a $10 per person charge for more than two. Please let us know when you book if you will need the extra bed. It is a nice queen sofa bed. The hot water heater is six (6) gallons. To keep from running out of hot water, quick showers are best or turn the water off as you lather up. You will have the entire studio to yourself, including the enclosed out door area around the studio. It is self check in. I am available via phone or through Airbnb. Parking is shared with the main house and our RV. There is plenty of space in front of the studio, along side the RV. Please park in front of the #2 on the garage door. If you have more than one vehicle, parallel park along side the RV. House guest park along the fence near the back gate, labled #1 on the fence. Parties and/or events are not allowed. We monitor the parking area and all neighbors have my phone number. As already noted, the hot water heater is only six (6) gallons. Please shower quickly to avoid running out of hot water. There is a Smart TV in the space. You may have to log in with your own information for some of the apps (Netflix, Amazon, YouTubeTV, etc)
