If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during your time in the city, our ground floor property is perfect for you. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid, you'll be close to all the tourist attractions and activities the city has to offer. This centrally located and wonderful duplex can accommodate up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms (2 double beds, and 2 single beds joined together) and 4 bathrooms. For more information, please read the detailed description below :) Features that my guests enjoy: Fully equipped to provide you with maximum comfort in the heart of the city centre and without relying on cars or long journeys. Equipped: - Bed linen and towels will be provided. - Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. - In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, heating (heat pump), air conditioning and 3 portable clotheslines. Other IMPORTANT features you should take into account: Very spacious common areas, highlighting the kitchen-dining room and the leisure area with a large pool table with an area of 45m2 and a chill-out room of 25m2 to relax after walking around Madrid. For every 2 guests, one of the 4 available rooms will be opened. When booking please let us know your preference. HOUSING: Duplex of 210 m2 with 4 large double rooms each with its own bathroom: - Bedroom 1 (20m2): 150cm x 200cm double bed. - Bedroom 2 (18m2): 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) - Bedroom 3 (23m2): 2 single beds of 90cm x 200cm - Bedroom 4 (20m2): double bed 150cm x 200cm - Bedroom 5 (20m2): double bed 150cm x 200cm The rooms are also equipped with smart-TV, air conditioning and large wardrobes. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for an extra charge of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Communicate your needs in advance to prepare them for your stay. Guest access Direct access from the street in an autonomous way. You will have access to the entire property: the bedrooms and the common areas such as the kitchen-dining room, living room and laundry room. The closest metro stops to the flat are: - "Príncipe Pío interchange" station (Lines 6 and 10) 12 minutes walking distance. The closest car park to the flat: - "Plaza de Oriente car park" 13 minutes walking distance. -You have many bus lines at the door: C1, C2, 50, 31, 65, 138, 25, 41, 62, 33, 39, N18, N19. - You can use electric bike or scooter apps in the area. - Very easy access by car from the M30. IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT the flat is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, to access the flat in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding DGT approval, otherwise you can only access the flat on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE FLAT BY PRIVATE CAR, YOU RESERVE A PARKING SPACE DURING YOUR STAY. YOU CANNOT PARK ON THE STREET, PUBLIC PARKING MUST BE USED. Other things to note When you arrive at the apartment, I will welcome you in person. Alternatively, we also offer a self check-in option, and instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. Standard check-in takes place from 16:00 to 18:00. Check-in after 18:00 and until 21:00 will incur an additional fee of €20, to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00 and until 23:00 will incur an additional fee of €30, to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in is available until 23:00, as stated in the house rules. If, due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.), you arrive after 23:00, a fee of €35 will apply, to be paid at the time of key handover. From 01:00 to 02:00, the fee is €50. After 02:00, check-in is not possible. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to apartment availability. Check-in until 23:00 is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be confirmed upon request. The guest will be responsible for the cost of locksmith services in case of lost keys or keys left inside the apartment (€150 to be paid directly to the locksmith before access is granted). Please note that for LAST-MINUTE bookings, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready at the scheduled check-in time. Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties from the authorities. Beds and towels are prepared according to the number of guests included in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than those stated in the reservation. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Kindly take out the trash daily, especially during the summer months. There are bins located in the hallway before entering the apartment. Please leave the apartment tidy before departure. Be respectful of the property. Thank you very much. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all guests’ passports or identification documents. Failure to provide these may result in cancellation of the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN THE APARTMENT ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT (ID CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE POLICE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION TO THE GUEST. If you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to arrange their collection. Although we will store them for a limited period, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. Please notify us if you have left something behind, and note that collection will take place at a different location from the apartment.
