Less than 30 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway, heart of downtown Asheville, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, and the Avl Airport. The space Our space is a bright and cheerful take on old charm. Upon pulling into the driveway, you'll enter through the front of the house into the living room. Just a few steps through the dining room and you're in the spacious fully equipped kitchen, or turn to your right for the two bedrooms and bathroom off of the dining room. We know you will love sitting around the large dining table telling old yarns while looking out onto the neighboring cow pasture. All bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses. The living room has an additional sleeper sofa, and connects to the front porch where we know you will enjoy a morning cup of hot coffee with the song birds before everyone else gets up. Things you'll love: Quiet, old-fashioned house, a great place to unplug and relax. Big front yard with a porch to sit out on and enjoy the mountain air. Driving slowly is recommended in this child-friendly neighborhood. Guest access Guests can use the lockbox to gain entrance. Washer and Dryer are in the basement which is accessible through an outside entrance. Other things to note This is a duplex and there is potential for noise from the upstairs unit. We appreciate all of our guests respecting quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to ensure that everyone has a good nights sleep. We do our best to provide a safe space for people with allergies. We use unscented, dermatologist-tested laundry detergent for our linens and bedding. Even though we love furry friends, we are not able to accommodate pets while working to accommodate those with allergen sensitivities. We appreciate your help in keeping things neat and tidy as we dust, scrub, and clean to provide a great experience for each and every guest! Please refrain from smoking or using heavily scented products while on the property to help other guests to feel great while staying in the space after you.
