They are responsible to put the garbage out Tuesday morning every week. No hard objects (ex; tissues papers) to be placed in the toilet as it clogs the sewage pump in the basement. During winter months, snowblower will be provided to clean snow on the driveway and around the house. And lastly; being respectful of neighbours, no excessive parties or loud music will be taken place at the house. For legal/insurance purposes, only authorized personals may stay at the residence.
