Woodchuck Acres is a large tent camping site at Porcupine Creek Rustic Camping. This site sits in a maintained, grassy field surrounded by a pine forest. Enjoy a quiet evening around a campfire; wood is provided. We are located in midcoast Maine in the Town of Liberty and are within easy driving distance of coastal hiking, several beaches, breweries and wineries. This space can comfortably accommodate three or more small tents, two small tow-behind campers or camper vans; maximum of 8 people. The space Woodchuck Acres is one of 4 campsites located on our 50 acre Tree Farm. Sites are located ½ mile down our camp road back in the woods. We provide a canopy covered picnic table, firewood, water and solar shower bags. Composting toilets and private shower rooms are a short walk up the camp road. You are welcome to walk the property and trails as long as you respect the privacy of other guests. Other things to note All campsites come with a canopy covered picnic table, firepit, grill and free firewood. Our campground is rustic. This means there is no electricity or running water. We do provide a 7 gallon jug of water for showers, dishes, etc. but suggest you bring your own water for drinking. Solar shower bags are also provided .
