Entry is seamless via a keyless smart lock—you’ll receive your personal code one week before check-in. You’ll have access to parking in the driveway and drive in the street. The garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $100 pet fee is required for all approved animals. If a pet is brought without being disclosed in advance, a $200 fee will be charged. Pets must remain off all furniture and must be kenneled if left alone in the home. Kennels are available for rent upon request. Guests are responsible for picking up after pets in the yard, and extra cleaning fees may apply if excessive fur or pet messes are found on furniture and outdoors. Young children should be supervised when downstairs. A propane grill is available for guest use during the warmer months (May through October), but it is stored away during the snowy season. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and will result in a $250 fine. Outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring are in place for guest safety and property protection. For extended stays (over 30 days), a light mid-month cleaning and an additional deep clean fee will apply.
