Perfect 5-bedroom home on the beach/steps to ocean

Beautiful, private OCEANFRONT home! From the bottom of the stairs, it is only steps to the beach! There are three bedrooms and one bath upstairs, and two bedrooms with one bath downstairs. It comfortably sleeps 10 guests. There is a kitchen, laundry and sitting areas on both levels. A large deck overlooks the beautiful beach on the upper level. Patio furniture on both levels for relaxing, with a gas grill on the lower level. Hot and cold outside shower on the lower level! Plenty of parking. The space On the main upper level there are 3 bedrooms, comprising of 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins. There is one bathroom on the main level with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin and the other bedroom has 2 full beds. The bathroom on this level has a glass enclosed walk in shower with a rain-shower showerhead. There are full kitchens on each level with no dishwasher on the lower level, also full laundry on each level and a laundry sink on the lower level. The upper and lower levels are not accessible to each other from the inside (no interior stairs). The entrance to both is from the outside. Guest access The entire house and outside deck areas as well as the yard is available for guests. Other things to note We do provide a starter kit which includes paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, a few laundry pods, a few keurig pods, and trash bags to get you started with your vacation. You will need to purchase more items to last for a full week stay. Linens and towels, as well as beach towels to accommodate the number of guests will be provided. If you bring a pet, there is a $100.00 fee per pet, and you are required to provide up-to-date proof of veterinary approved and issued flea prevention for your pet. There is a 5% (TDT) Tourism Development Tax required by Nassau County that is not included in Airbnb taxes. It is calculated only on the rental fee alone. Photo of information flyer in the pictures.
