You can also enjoy your Private deck, with a BBQ and gas fire pit. Guest access You have your own entrance with a smart lock code. Your entry is your patio with your fire pit and barbecue, From there you enter into your beautifully remodeled space. Other things to note The Cape Cod is a double unit home. It has a completely separate entrance with private covered patio, barbecue and propane fire pit. There is a shared outdoor fire pit for your use.
