Beudy Odyn- country hideaway for 2 near beaches
Description
Beudy Odyn is one of two beautiful conversions of the old stone cow shed's at Parc yr Odyn Farm (Beudy meaning Shippon in Welsh). The space Its still a working farm and the owners keep their flocks of sheep on the adjoining land which makes lambing time an especially lovely time of year here. The owners also run The Anglesey Distillery which is always good to know!! Outside there is a patio area with seating, perfect for soaking up some sun, while inside you'll find one large open space incorporating a seating area, a kitchen and dining area and a sleeping area with a comfy king size bed. There's a separate bathroom through from the bed area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and a washing machine with high ceilings and large velux windows giving plenty of light while the cosy sitting area is the perfect place to warm your toes in front of the open fire on colder evenings. Beudy Odyn is a mile or so outside of Pentraeth which has a great pub (The Panton Arms) and a beach at nearby Red Wharf Bay which in turn has a great selection of pubs and restaurants. A perfect country bolthole in which to base yourself to tour Anglesey!
