The private 35-foot boat slip offers easy access to the beautiful waters of The space TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located at Venture Out, a residential community with a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out enjoys 24 Hour Patrolled Security. TURTLE COVE VIEWS was recently renovated to a high standard, with Smart TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool you’ll need to prepare meals from home. This home accommodates up to 6 people in two bedrooms (a King and a Queen) and a queen-sized sleep sofa. You’ll be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder. TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located near open water, so it’s a great place for a swim. There are some wonderful nearby places to explore, from Bahia Honda Beach (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.) and the American Shoal Lighthouse to snorkeling off Looe Key. For dinner out, consider the Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Tonio’s Seafood Shack just up the road. Last but not least, TURTLE COVE VIEWS is just a 25-minute drive to either Key West or Marathon, with all their attractions. Amenities: Patio chairs, fish cleaning station, seawall / boat dockage, kayaks, paddleboard, and BBQ Gas Grill. Central Air Conditioning/Heating, High speed internet, WiFi, Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, cooking utensils, linens provided, washer, dryer. Gated private community with Marina store with fuel onsite, bait and convenience market, boat wash down station, 80-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming lagoon, convenience market, post office, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball, bocce courts and ping pong. Vehicles must be under ten feet (10’) in width and must not exceed forty feet (40’) total length. Other things to note * Pets Allowed (dogs are not allowed to be walked in the neighborhood) ** Pet fees apply ** * Due to Venture Out HOA regulations parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. Any extra vehicles (including boat trailers) need to be stored outside of Venture Out. Last Key will provide you a list of alternative parking options once you complete your reservation. 
* Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Unfortunately, AirBnB does not share your CC info with us, thus you will be required to contact Last Key Realty directly to submit a credit card on file for your reservation. Only then will your reservation be confirmed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Venture Out Resort charges a one-time Registration/Resort Fee due upon arrival: $116.28 + $8.72 Tax = $125 for up to 6 people (Credit card or cash) PAID DIRECTLY TO VENTURE OUT. If you arrive with more than 6 people which is the maximum allowed in the home, you will not be permitted in the park. • In addition to providing a CC on file, we require a digital lease to be signed. This docusign document will be emailed to you after you provide us with your email address. We will not turn a property over to a guest until we have a signed lease.
