Guest access 🏖️ Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Turkish beach towels also provided however please only use them if you are prepared to wash and dry them before you go. ☕ Guests can help themselves to cooking condiments, cleaning/washing products, tea/coffee and whatever else is available at the property. Other things to note ✨ Furniture Upgrade Completed ✨ We have upgraded the furniture in the property to make the place more beautiful and your stay even more comfortable. Rest assured, all updates are designed to improve the space and provide a better guest experience. 🚗 Car Parking No off street car parking is available with the booking. Street parking is paid by meter and maximum stay is of 2hs in most roads close by. Parking is paid via app or meter machine. We might be able to get daily visitors parking permits for a short term stay. Permits cost $30/day. Please enquire about it in advance as they are limited and we need to pick them up at the council. If you don't mind walking about 15min, you can park for free all day on Blair Street, North Bondi. 🏗️🧱🔨 Construction There is a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise. That said there is a construction next door and noise is to be expected from 7am to 5pm on weekdays. Rates have been adjusted to account for it. 🪜 Stairs The apartment is located on the second floor and there’s no lift in the building. 🌿 Heads up - We share with nature Bondi Beach is a slice of paradise, with sunshine, sea breezes, and some friendly local wildlife – including the occasional bug! Our place is spotless and cleaned to the highest standard, but now and then a harmless insect or bug might sneak in. If that’s something that would really bother you, this might not be the best spot for your stay. Thanks for understanding – nature is part of the package here! 🚬 Smoking and vaping Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour or smoke. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from smoking/vaping will be charged to the guest plus an extra call out fee of $1000.
