Enjoy a peaceful, cozy and elegant place in the city. Our house will be perfect for hosting your family or your stay with friends. This is our main home that we rent to finance our leisure and other everyday purchases. Very recently renovated, it has all the comforts you need. These outdoor spaces as well as these two lounges will allow you to enjoy a place to relax. Our two cats will welcome you with joy The space This is our primary residence. We live there with my two boys, 12 and 16, and our two cats (they stay in the house during the rental). The house consists of a ground floor with living room, kitchen, toilet. On the first floor, there is a second TV lounge with access to the terrace. There is also the master bedroom with its bathroom as well as a toilet. On the second floor, the children's area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet as well. Both floors are air-conditioned. The house is our main residence, so it will be offered as it is in normal times. We therefore ask guests to respect this place of life that is ours and the property that is there. All objects and other furniture are of quality, we count on your attention so that the house is returned in the same condition. Photos will be provided upon arrival so you can leave everything the same before you leave. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note The house is in a very good location. You can do anything on foot. Small shops are nearby, the hyper center is a 5/10 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant.
