Although the concrete dock, its lounge chairs, the back yard are mostly for the exclusive use of this unit, the kayaks, SUPs, boogie boards and other flotation devices and access to the water is shared with one of the second floor tenants. The owner tries to greet each group of guests upon arrival to provide access and a required walk through of the property. Owner also lives/ works very close and always makes himself available for our guests for most any needs. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walk to EVERYTHING; a large variety of shops, boutiques cafes, bakeries, restaurants, drug & grocery stores, gyms, salons, day spas, houses of worship, professional services, banks/ ATM's, an Exclusive mall (Bal Harbour Shops) and the Beach. All booking requests through AirBnB are considered preliminary reservations and final confirmations are subject to your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the operators Application and final formal Reservation Agreement including but not limited it's cancellation policy and House Rules. We will supply you with our final formal Reservation Agreement by email within 48 hours of your preliminary AirBnB Reservation for your review and execution. If our Reservation Agreement and associated documents are not executed and return to us within 24 hours after our submitil, we reserve the right to cancel the preliminary Reservation through AirBnB without notice.
