The open design in the unit allows the color scheme from the kitchen – grey with pops of orange – to spill over into the living room, making the whole space feel unified. > Pergola partition separates the bed from the pull-out modern sofa. > The couch pulls out into a sofa bed (please request for it to prepared beforehand). > A black queen size bed rests in the bedroom with wood accents draping from the high ceiling. Gold pendants lights hanging illuminating each bedside. > The dedicated workspace is nooked into the closet. > Large sliding doors open into the balcony with a small section of garden and with easy access to the firepit. > A black backdrop in the kitchenette highlights the Bosch hob and microwave. The fridge is tucked away into the kitchen cabinet. > Marble and gold accents brightens the bathroom. A set of bathroom vanity lights add to the glow. Located on ground floor, the unit is easily accessible for all. The jogging/ walking paths right outside the property are safe for walks and jogs. Well equipped with backup generator for common areas, sun deck, fire pit, bikes and easy access to coffee shops and malls; it is a perfect little getaway for couples and business travelers. What You See is What You Get :) Guest access You have access to the whole unit and the shared amenities ie. fire pit, sun deck, gardens. All areas and rooms are equipped with intercoms. Other things to note We are happy to host you and as such we plan for your stay according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation. For security reasons, we will request for your passport details to report at the guard house for verification on arrival. Please note unreported guests will not be allowed into the premises. Breakfast (tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of water) and toiletries supplies are provided only on check in. Please NOTE, breakfast and other meals will be prepared on request with prior notice (refer to the menu for prices). The property is not child-friendly and we will not be liable for any accidents.
