Your room at Casa Mayu⁣⁣: Iskay Room - A cozy, 17.31m² double room with an en suite toilet and a private shower overlooking the inner garden - Comfortable double bed with a view of the garden. - Vaulted bamboo ceilings with fan. - Desk for a personal workspace and bedside table with lamp - Complimentary local natural soap and fresh towels - Enough space for yoga or meditation - Electronic lock for privacy Shared Spaces: - Kitchen, Dining, and Living Area: - Open-concept design with bamboo accents - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and essential cooking supplies - Dining table for six and a half-bathroom - Cozy reading nook with a hanging chair and river views - Couch, TV area, and library for games and entertainment Outdoor Deck: - Fully covered outdoor area so you can enjoy the space even in the rain - Perfect for doing yoga and exercising or hosting events in the fresh air - Hammock and couches for relaxing - Barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals Additional Amenities: - Complimentary drinking water - Access to our own small “tienda” for basic snacks and drinks, or visit the nearby local shop - For stays over a week, fresh linens and cleaning are provided every seven days (additional cleanings available for 30 Soles) ⁣ House Rules To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all, we ask that guests: - Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM - Clean dishes and tidy up shared spaces after use - Wear closed shoes when walking in the garden - remember, we live in a jungle environment! - Smoke only on the deck or outdoors - Avoid loud music or TV - No unregistered guests, unless approved by the hosts - We acknowledge and respect the use of the traditional medicines of the area, but guests will not be allowed to consume or be under the influence of psychoactive traditional plant medicines or illegal substances while on the property. During your stay Please Note Casa Mayu is a shared home, not a hotel. You’ll be staying with us and our cat Hunter, and possibly other guests, making this a unique opportunity to connect and share stories. Hunter is a friendly and playful cat who loves to interact with guests. While Hunter is an indoor-outdoor cat, please let us know if you have any allergies or preferences regarding his presence.
