*Please be sure to read all house information! Welcome to Mary Jo's Place, a charming 1950s Rapid City home! Sleeping six with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located near the Historic West Boulevard in the center of Rapid City! A great location with nearby parks, walking and hiking trails, grocery, and restaurants. Also, easily access Mount Rushmore Road and Interstate 90. This home has recently been updated and is ready for your stay! Did we mention there is a private heated indoor pool! The space **Please note: you will be renting the "main house". There are three apartments also attached/part of the home. All units have separate entrances. We ask that everyone agreeing to rent Mary Jo's Place be respectful to the neighboring tenants. A strict quiet time is from 10:00pm to 7:00am. PLEASE be mindful of the other renters as loud children, running, banging on walls, jumping on beds, etc. can be heard throughout the home. Parties (including children's birthday parties) and loud music are absolutely NOT allowed as we would like to keep an environment enjoyable for everyone.** Sleeping SIX at a maximum, the home has two bedrooms with three beds. Bedroom One has a king size bed. Bedroom Two has two queen size beds. We also have a pop-up crib/pack and play available for your use! Enjoy the Master Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and jetted tub! Bathroom two has a full tub with a shower. Have fun cooking in the updated and charming 1950's kitchen! The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to create a family feast! Sharing a meal at the diner booth is a must! We also have a traditional dining table for a more formal meal. Also, located on the patio is outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. If you need, there is a high chair available as well! Take a dip in the private pool after a long day of travel! Heated and kept at a comfortable 82°. To gain access to the pool and private patio, a waiver for pool use will be required. When the waiver is received, a code to the pool door will be provided. *The pool is not shared with the tenants occupying the apartments. Parking is on-street along the curb at the front of the house for two vehicles. As much as we do love animals, no pets are allowed at the house, thanks! * Please take note of the cancelation policy and review the insurance options provided through AirBNB when making a booking. Guest access Check in time: 3:00pm Check out time: 10:00am A code will be provided for the front door prior to your arrival. If you need an adjusted check in or check out time, please contact us! We can try to accommodate your needs. Guests will receive a code to access the home prior to their arrival. Guests will receive a code to access the private pool, sauna, and outdoor patio after hosts receive a signed waiver for pool use. Note* The laundry (washer and dryer) are located in the pool area. Parking is on-street, along the curb at the front of the house. Other things to note Pool, Sauna and Patio area rules: Pool/Sauna hours are from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The pool is for registered guest use only. No outside visitors are permitted to use the pool without authorization from hosts. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. Children under nine are required to use a life jackets. Personal life jackets are requested to be used however we do have spare life jackets at the pool. Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper. Alcohol use in the pool area is prohibited. Swimming after use of alcohol is prohibited. No glass or food is allowed in the pool area. No running in pool area, no diving into pool, and no rough play! Hosts are not liable for any incidents in regard to the pool, sauna, and pool area. *The pool is kept at about 83°. Due to the high cost of keeping the pool at this temperature, the temperature will not be increased. Living room fireplace is currently not functioning and is for decorative purposes at this time. An essentials starter pack is available, including six rolls of toilet paper, two rolls of paper towels, and three Tide pods. Guests are responsible to supply their own essentials beyond what is included. Please note: by renting this house you agree to respect all decor and furnishings. You are also agreeing to follow house and pool area rules. Food items supplied in kitchen and bathroom toiletries (such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) are not kept in stock by us and have been left by prior guests and will not be replenished for current guest use. If additional guests are found staying at the home above the maximum number of SIX, Airbnb will be contacted, and additional fees may be imposed. Sorry! Due to the uniqueness of the home and lack of yard space - no pets are allowed. * Please make note of the cancelation policy prior to booking!
