The space ***Information: The pool will be out of service due to renovations lasting until July 2026*** Let's take a tour of the triplex and its facilities... ☼ Community pool (unheated - CLOSED) ☼ Enjoy the use of the community pools with sun loungers. A large pool measuring 20 x 8 meters and between 1 and 1.65 meters deep. A round children's pool measuring 3 meters and 0.50 meters deep. ☼ Open plan living and dining room ☼ The living-dining room is a cozy and open space, ideal for spending time with your loved ones. There is a 3-seater sofa to relax in the afternoon and watch a movie on the flat-screen Smart TV. For relaxed meals and special dinners, there is a wooden dining table with four comfortable seats and an elegant pendant light to illuminate the table. An open staircase leads to the bedrooms on the second floor. ☼ Terrace ☼ The glass door overlooking the ocean opens to the terrace with a dining table and seating. There is an awning so you can relax and enjoy outdoor meals. ☼ Kitchen ☼ The kitchen contains everything you need for a self-catering stay, including: • Nespresso coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules are supplied for the first breakfast) • Oven and electric cooktop • Dishwasher • Microwave • Cutlery and crockery • Glasses and mugs • Pots and pans • fridge-freezer • kettle • toaster and much more There is also a glass table with four chairs in the kitchen. ☼ Laundry room ☼ There is a separate laundry room that contains the washing machine with a sink and a clothesline, as well as cleaning products if you need them. SECOND FLOOR ☽ Master bedroom ☽ Double bed (150 cm) with premium mattress, 100% cotton bedding, featherless pillows, wall-mounted TV and a large closet. Magnificent ocean views from the sliding glass doors that give access to a small balcony. There are external blinds that block the sun and are ideal for when you want to sleep late or take a nap. ☼ En-suite bathroom ☼ A walk-in shower, a sink with storage, a toilet, and a bidet. ☽ Room with single beds ☽ Twin single beds (90 cm) with bedside tables, reading lamps and built-in storage for your personal belongings. Also with exterior blinds that block the light. ☼ Bathroom ☼ With a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. THIRD FLOOR ☼ Roof-top solarium ☼ There is a sun-filled rooftop terrace where you can relax and sunbathe in privacy. To keep you cool, there is a table with a refrigerator inside, an umbrella and an outside shower. Guest access The entire apartment, terrace, rooftop, and private parking space will be yours during your stay. You will also have access to the community pools. Other things to note CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. For check-in, we'll give you access to a digital key via your phone that you can use to access the apartment. You'll also find a set of physical keys once you're inside. CHECK-IN ONLINE BEFORE ARRIVAL In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask you to upload your ID before check-in. TOWELS, BED LINEN, AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard. We provide all bedding. 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 beach towel per guest. Plus 1 hand towel per bathroom. To request a change of towels and bedding during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message. CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY You can request extra cleaning during your stay at the price of €20 per hour (minimum of 3 hours). Message us if you'd like us to arrange it for you. PARKING Free private parking for one car. FAMILIES We warmly welcome families traveling with babies and offer a baby kit on request so you can travel lighter and more comfortably. Our baby kit includes a travel crib with fitted sheet and a high chair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you are interested and we will be happy to arrange it.
