Due to the proximity to Berlin Südkreuz train station, you have perfect connections as well as quick access to the supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy, etc. even on Sundays and holidays. Unfortunately, we do not have a guest parking space. Parking in the area must be paid at parking ticket machines. We therefore recommend traveling without a car. The space The apartment (about 30 square meters) for two people is located on the first floor of our guest house. Adjacent to the bedroom with two single beds is the kitchen (two hotplates, fridge, worktop, cooking and eating utensils, French press pot, toaster, kettle) as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is only used by you and has two key sets. Unfortunately, we do not have a guest parking lot. Parking in the area must be paid at parking ticket machines. We therefore recommend traveling without a car. However, our guest house is excellently connected to the public transport network. Other things to note We do not accept booking requests for a third party. Smoking is not allowed in the entire house. Ashtrays are available for smoking in the small backyard.
