The space This sweet two bedroom home is located in a quaint neighborhood with easy highway access. The perfect base camp for your McKenzie River & Cascade mountains day trip adventures, a quick drive into town for football games, track events, concerts & all that the Eugene area has to offer. The entire home has been newly renovated & features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry center & one car garage for guest use. Grocery store, shopping & restaurants very close by for your convenience. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, plenty of closet space & individual heat pump units for customized temperature control. The living room has a large TV, comfy couches & an office corner with desk and comfy desk chair. The fully equipped kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances & everything you need for cooking meals at home. The fully fenced backyard has a small patio with chairs for relaxing outdoors. *No pets allowed* Guest access Our guests will have access to the whole home, garage, half the driveway & completely fenced in backyard. Other things to note Must be 25 years or older to book. *No pets allowed* Larger vehicles will not fit inside the garage. This home is half of a duplex. The other half is also an Airbnb. They share a driveway, so please be respectful of your neighbors regarding noise & sharing the driveway. The bedrooms are on the outside of the duplex furthest away from the other half of the duplex, with the garages & kitchens/laundry areas at the center of the duplex where the shared walls are. You should be able to sleep soundly! For longer reservations mid-stay cleanings by one of our professional cleaning staff are available at an hourly rate.
