"CHRISTMAS 2024 EDITION" 🌟 Welcome to our charming Maison de Maître dating back to 1938! 🌟 Discover our Christmas-themed home for a memorable stay ✨ 📍Our house is ideally located on the edge of the Lot, as well as close to shops, restaurants and local attractions, allowing you to easily discover the riches of our region. All on a peaceful and quiet street ⛲️ 🎥 Also, we make short films mixing magic and thrill. 🍿 The space 0: On the ground floor, you will find a 25 m2 dining room 🍽️ for guests 🧳 as well as the bathroom 🛁 which is shared. +1: Upstairs, a 🚻 shared bathroom with guests 🧳 as well as next to the 14 m2 bedroom under the roofs with a small window, a skylight with a blackout blind, a small desk and a closet. (From April 1 to October 31) Outside🌞 : Enjoy an outdoor area reserved for guests 🧳 to relax and dine. ℹ️ : Every morning 🌅you will be delighted to find 🫖 tea coffee ☕️ and sugar to start the day smoothly. (see: "La Chambre Verte d'Hauterive") Guest access If you are coming by car🚙, you will always find free parking in front of the house. Otherwise, we offer you the opportunity to return and park your vehicle on our property. For cyclists 🚴‍♂️ and bikers 🏍️ we have an indoor shelter that you can use. If you arrive from Agen train station, there are buses 🚌 for two euros that take you to Villeneuve. The stop is a five-minute walk 🚶🏼 from our home. 🏡 During your stay We are very regularly on site to welcome you and it will be easy to contact us ☎️ Other things to note ⚠️ Heads up⚠️!!! 3 small golden rules at Maison d'Hauterive 😏💭 - We just ask that you do not wear your shoes 👟 in the house. - No smoking 🚭 inside the premises. - And not to eat 🍽 in the rooms. 🛌 ———————- ℹ ️ In the dining area 🍽 you will find plates, cutlery, napkins as well as a microwave and a 91 L fridge at your disposal🧑🏾‍🍳.
