An excellent base to explore the natural beauty of Exmoor & Dartmoor National Parks, the spectacular North Devon coastline & beaches, gardens, including RHS Rosemoor, and various family attractions. 10 minutes away is South Molton, 'The Gateway to Exmoor', with its excellent Pannier Market, shops, restaurants, tea rooms and antique shops. Also within a few miles are several pubs and restaurants. The space Batney Farm Cottage is set in a very rural, peaceful location within acres of meadow, overlooking large ponds, and will appeal to lovers of the countryside. The bright living/dining area has an old oak floor, two sofas and dining table and chairs, also suitable for use as a work area. The woodburner provides extra warmth and cosiness for those colder evenings. A door opening to the staircase leads up to 2 attractive bedrooms and a family bathroom, all with views over the lakes. Guests have their own garden area to relax, read, watch the birds or have a barbecue.
