Walking distance to Wollongong's Blue Mile, City, Botanical Gardens, UOW, Wollongong TAFE, North Wollongong station and free bus route. Easy level access down driveway through child locked gate to studio at rear of property. Come and explore all that the wonderful Wollongong area offers - spectacular beaches, bush and coastal walks, scenic cycleways and a vast array of restaurants and entertainment. Other things to note Please note this is a small undivided space (the size of a single garage) so may not suit two couples. The sofa bed is probably best for one adult or two small children. Please also note that there is a train line at the rear of our property; the passenger trains are very quiet but the freight trains can make a brief bit of noise and aren’t very frequent. There are steam trains on some weekends which are really noisy but great to go and watch as they go by! Very few guests have commented on the train noise so I don't think overall it is too much of an issue. Registration details PID-STRA-36728
