Ride your sleds to 2 nearby trails from the house! 4 bedrooms & a comfortable living room w/sofa bed. 2 full baths. Furnished w/bedding, towels, paper goods, coffee pot, dishes, pots & pans. WiFi throughout. Within town & close to local offerings. Cozy for a couple but accommodates a large group. Includes a big garage for you to store your outdoor toys. We're a great base for your outdoor fun! The space Our 100 year old upgraded home is within walking distance to restaurants, antique shops, galleries and gift shops. Grocery and drugstore are a short drive away. We are an excellent base for your outdoor excursions! We are close to Baxter State Park, the New England Outdoor Center, the Appalachian Trail and the new Woods & Waters National Monument and Scenic Byway. Come to Millinocket and enjoy the Fall foliage, hunting, hiking, birding and wildlife watching, white water rafting, kayaking, fishing, snowmobiling and cross country skiing. Millinocket has some great guides for hunting, bird watching, Moose viewing, rafting and more. If you are looking for a guide, we'll give you some references if you like. Guest access You have the entire house! Other things to note You have use of the attached garage. It would be rare, but Cali might need enter the garage to access the basement shop. She has a key. She'd quietly enter the basement and will not access your private space. We do not have any cameras inside or outside the house. We respect your privacy! We charge an additional $25 per person, per night for any additional guests over the first two. We charge a $75 housekeeping fee per week.
