This private modern & cozy studio is centrally located near the Orlando International airport, major theme parks, University of Central Florida (UCF), Valencia College (east campus), Downtown Orlando, the Amway Center, The Convention center, and more. The private studio is brand new, including a queen-size bed with a memory-foam mattress & pull out storage units under the bed, an air mattress, TV with Netflix & premium cable, as well as fast wifi! It’s a guest studio with its own private entrance (nothing is shared). Private bathroom & kitchen with brand new kitchen appliances, including a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, stove-plate, a coffee machine a tea kettle and much more. Guest access The studio is fully accessible to our guests, including one free parking spot located at the right side of the driveway, however, parking is also available on the street!
