There is plenty of seating to appreciate the breathtaking sunsets, water toys to enjoy the lake, and tv's/wifi for those that need to stay connected. Pontoon boat rentals are available at a nearby campground on the lake. The boathouse has an open boat slip for your use. Come kick back and relax! The space The MB has a bathroom with a shower, closet, an adjustable king bed, tv and french doors to the screened porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second bathroom is a full bath off the living area. The living area has a large tv with the ability to login to your personal accounts (YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). The kitchen has all the essentials for you to prepare your meals (pots/pans, coffee makers - Keurig and regular, plates, silverware, mugs, glasses, various utensils, blender, toaster), just to name a few. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and 4 more stools at the kitchen bar. The boathouse has chairs, kayaks, a paddle board, and floats for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have access to the house, the yard and the boathouse. Other things to note There is parking for 2 to 3 cars, comfortably. Please do not block the neighbors gate when parked on the paved area. You can park on the grass, pulling up toward the fenced in area. This is a dog friendly community, if you don't like dogs, this may not be the place for you. The dogs who live in the area roam free, so you may have visitors sometime (or multiple times) during your stay. This property is about 10 miles from town. You may want to stop at Piggly Wiggly or Walmart for food and drinks on your way through town. There is a Dollar General and a couple of gas stations between the house and town if you forget something.
