Great location to access Midland Waterfront, park beside the Little Lake, various beautiful trails. Walk to downtown to quiet coffee shops, restaurants, Sunday farmers market, ice cream shop. This is an Ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts, skiers, cyclists, hikers, and shop goers! The space Freshly renovated apartment tastefully decorated with brand new amenities for a relaxing stay. You will need to walk down a set of indoor stairs to access the unit. Rogers unlimited internet usage, download speeds up 500 Mbps and total of 38 TV channels Friendly, pleasant and clean. This self contained suite has an updated kitchen (with pots/pans and utensils), open concept breakfast, dining and living areas, bedroom and 3 pc bath. Apartment has two sofas (one in the living room and second in bedroom) that can be easy to turned into place to sleep when needed for an additional guest or children . Max 3 people. linens Included. There is comfortable furniture to lounge around a warm gas fireplace that make the place cozy You can enjoy Flex 5 TV (total 38 channels). This is place Ideal for a couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and family with little kids. Cooking: There are a condo style stove, microwave and a fridge. As well as pots/pans + cup, glasses, plates and utensils. Full washer and dryer are in the kitchen. The separate bedroom is roomy with a queen bed and lots of drawers and closet space for longer stays. Queen bed fully provided with pillows, sheets, blankets. There will also be shower towels. We do not supply you with beach towels. As well, enjoy a dedicated entrance, small private outdoor seating area in front of the house.(Summer time). It's a short drive to Mountain view ski Centre, Mount St Louis and Horseshoe Valley for winter skiing and miles of snow mobile trails for winter fun! Guest access Self check in via lockbox. Lockbox code will be provided night before check in day. The house does not have a separate entrance for guests. They need to share the front door with the host. Guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment within the basement. The upstairs is off limits as it is my living space. Additional rules for quest: all quest must have Government-issued ID and prior Host recommendations. No smoking/vaping within space or on property. For LTR -Long Term Rent guests MUST fill in the Rental application, follow the Tenant background screening checklist and sign the Rental agreement.
