Welcome to the Poppy House. Settle in and enjoy your stay in the Dayton area. The house has been remodeled to make your time here pleasant and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen, 70 in smart tv, nice patio in back to enjoy the outdoors. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, Universtiy of Dayton, Kettering Medical Center, and The Fraze Pavillion. We generally have switched to monthly rentals, but if the month doesn’t rent we will consider 4 day rentals. The space The home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch with no stairs. The whole house was remodeled last year and is nicely appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for a long term stay. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen and Full size in the other bedrooms. The bathroom is a walk in shower, no tub. Their is a nice covered patio to with a gas grill to enjoy in the back Guest access Whole house Other things to note We are currently transitioning to a 30 day minimum stay.
