Alcohol should not be consumed if using hot tub. Water max temp 104F. Children must be supervised. - maintenance (hot tub and pool) might happen during guest's stay . - not allowed: parties or events. loud music outside (quiet hours 9pm-7am), nudity outdoors, smoking inside (cigarettes, E-cigarettes, vaping , recreational drugs). incense burning, use of firearms, bow and arrow, fireworks. - gas for bbq grill and wood for fire-pit are offered complimentary. Guest must watch fire at all time(if burn ban is in effect everyone must adhere) - no shoes allowed inside - food and drinks only in kitchen area. - only registered guests will be allowed allowed on property, violation can lead to removal without refund ; 2 cars allowed on property; I reserve right to request photo ID from all guests - guests must follow the community rules and guidelines posted on property - if unforeseen weather emergency during your stay , extended checkout is not guaranteed. - I encourage all guests to pack small - access is to all the things at the cabin including cooking utensils , towels, toiletries - guests bring pool towels. - cleaning service is on schedule -please checkout on time; fee $50/hr unless approved by host for no charge
