Located on the mighty Choptank River, The Lawson features a comfortable Queen Size bed with 2 picture windows with a water view, wi-fi and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. We also offer a beachfront setting, kayaks, breakfast, a pool that is open seasonally, and plenty of space to relax. The space The Lawson features a comfortable Queen Size bed, wi-fi, and private bathroom which has been freshly painted and modernized. Linens and towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided. There is over 12 Acres to explore including a 500 foot beach with fabulous sunsets! There are plenty of attractions, events, crabbing, fishing, golfing, dine in/out restaurants including some on the water as well as charter fishing, kayaking, and generally taking in the beautiful area and variety of wildlife. We are happy to recommend things to do or see while you are here. Guest access You will have access to the entire property outside and of course the beach. Please bring water shoes for the beach as we often find items washed up on the shore, some of them sharp. Breakfast will be served outside on the patio (weather permitting) or in the dining room and you are welcome to use the large table by the pool or by the pine tree to hang out, eat crabs, or just chill. There is no access at this time to the hot tub or barn/workshop. - Complimentary continental breakfast is served outside on the patio or in the dining room if inclement weather - Use of lounge/art studio - Use of Adirondack chairs at our private beach - Hammocks - Use of Kayaks for no extra fee. Lifejackets and paddles included. - Can arrange Bike rental delivery for a small fee - Can arrange a group bike tour in the local area for an extra fee, please inquire - Can arrange a group or individual kayak tour for an extra fee, please inquire Other things to note Early check-in will be considered depending on the ability to properly clean and set up the property in between guests. Security Deposit: The security deposit of $200.00 will automatically be returned 48 hours after check-out. The cost of damages, additional cleaning fees due to excess mess, lost Keys, and missing items from the room will be deducted from the security deposit via an Airbnb claim within 48 hours of check-out. Room Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate additional guests. There is an Additional Guest fee per night for this.
