Hi there, Welcome to our home at concord. We are located in a quiet and nice neighbourhood, and we just remodeled our house after previous tenants left. From here, you can drive: - 15 minutes to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord - 7 minutes to the Concord Pavilion - 13 minutes to Diablo State Park Shops, restaurants, cafes, they are within a 15 minute walk on Clayton Rd The space Newly remodeled 3B2B with self-check-in. We divided this house into 2 parts so we can accommodate smaller groups. The other unit has a private entrance from the side alley which is a 2B1B, and their backyard is separate from yours as well. So, you won't share any space with them except the driveway. Other things to note -Since we are located in a quiet neighbourhood, we request our guests to be nice and quiet. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM -The driveway can fit two cars, one is for you, and the other one is for unit B. -There're two steps in front of the front door. -No animals allowed -Smoke in the house: $250 each time -Loud music during your stay: $300 -Late check out: $50 per hour after 11am
