Take a few days off and enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located place, overlooking the Nordic region's largest wooden pier. The attic room is bright and spacious and with access via the back house workshop. The townhouse is located about 200 meters from the main street and less than a 10-minute walk to the water. There are super bike/MTB routes in the area and bikes can be stored in the closed gate. Toilet/bathroom and kitchenette are located in the main house's back entrance and are partly also used by the house's 2 residents. You can eat in the garden. The space The loft room was renovated in 2021 and looks nice, simple and cozy. It can, in the autumn and winter months, be heated with air for heating systems. There is no running water in the room, refrigerator is available in the workshop under the room. In the back entrance of the main house, a small kitchenette with a mini oven and 1 hot plate has been established and the basic kitchen items are available. In connection with the back entrance, there is an older, but cozy toilet with bathtub. The back entrance is also used with respect by my daughter and me. In the large gate, bicycles can be sheltered with packing. Dishcloths, Sulfo, dish brush, cleaning items, hand soap, bed linen and towels are available. Guest access There is access to the attic room via a functioning workshop. The private back entrance with kitchenette and associated bathroom can be used 24/7. The garden can be used for dining. Other things to note The loft room is not suitable for people with walking difficulties and children as there is a relatively steep staircase. Pets are not allowed.
