“The Flat” is situated on the top (3rd) floor of this charming historic building with its own AC & heat. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the beautiful neighborhood of Wissahickon (situated between East Falls and Manayunk). The location is quiet, safe and with easy access to many trails in the park. The space “The Flat” has a small well stocked kitchen with appliances, a small living area with dining room table, comfy sofa and large TV with fast wifi connection for online streaming. The bathroom has a powerful shower, fresh towels and amenities are provided. The bedroom has a queen size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and lots of storage. Guest access Own entrance (with code) but not suitable for those with mobility issues since this is a 3rd floor apartment with stairs. Other things to note Easy free on street parking in quiet, safe neighborhood. I accept one pet per booking and the pet fee goes to local non profits to help improve the lives of Philadelphia’s animals.
