Available to book for 30 days+ El Céntrico is now offering some 350sq ft recently renovated studio apartments located in downtown Fayetteville, two blocks south of the main square in a historic neighborhood and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and everything our town has to offer. The place is small, quiet and nicely appointed, with ceramic floors, full kitche and everything you need for an enjoyable stay after a day in the Ozarks or night out downtown -without needing to drive! The space Nestled in a quiet historic neighborhood in the heart of downtown Fayetteville, only a couple of blocks from the main square & holiday light show, farmers market and walking distance to all the sights and fun downtown, El Céntrico is a small community of artists and creators with an appreciation for our beautiful, fun and diverse city and it’s walkable streets and trails. We are now making 350sqft nicely appointed studio units -with WiFi, working/dining table, nice ceramic floors, full kitchen and bathroom, coffee maker and a smart TV with Netflix and Sling- exclusively for guests on short term visits, so travelers can have a quiet and affordable place to rest their heads after exploring the many shops, bars, restaurants and art offerings in downtown Fayetteville. It’s all walking distance from our studios - the nighlife on Dickson St, legendary Maxine’s taproom, George’s Magestic Lounge, great coffeeshops, Walton Arts Center, Theater squared, city trails, the beautiful UofA campus and it’s famous Razorback games. If you crave a change of scenery, hop on a car and explore the great hiking, museums and arts in greater northwest Arkansas. Guest access Guests will have the entire 350sq ft studio with a private entrance for themselves. The studio is a unit on the first floor of a two story, 10 unit building in a historic neighborhood in downtown Fayetteville. Leave your car in our spacious parking lot for free and walk to UofA, Dickson St, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and avoid the hassle and expense of downtown parking! (Registered guests only please). Normal check-in is anytime after 4pm but in case you need an early check-in we do have some options starting at 1pm with a 30$ extra fee requesting the cleaning team a change in their schedule.
