Sunny balcony room with view of the countryside

Offered is a quiet room on the 2nd floor of a house with a garden in the elegant district of Solln. The tastefully furnished room has a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed with a continuous mattress, a wardrobe, a small workstation, sideboard and a balcony. The room is located together with the other guest room on a separate floor. The modern bathroom with shower is available for both guest rooms. The space Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our guests a kitchen. Other things to note We offer our guests a small selection of chilled drinks in our minibar. A Nespresso machine is available 24/7. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our guests a kitchen. There are video cameras outside and in the entrance area of our house, as we also want to have an overview of who enters our house when we are away. Of course, there are no cameras in the living area and in the rooms or bathrooms.
