The utility closet in the lower level of the house is owner occupied. Please no entry. WALKABLE: ----------------------- The property is GREAT for strolling the neighborhood or going to the lake. -- Lake Kosh -- Beach Volleyball -- Park DRIVING: ------------------------------------------- I recommend driving to Edgerton's downtown area or other places I have mentioned. Many places have local parking or on-site parking. UBER/LYFT/TAXI: GETTING PLACES ------------------------------------------- Uber and Lyft are another option for getting around quickly and rides typically take less than 10 minutes to arrive. PARKING: We can accommodate parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house in the driveway. The house is on a dead end street and parking is tight. OTHER: You are in the woods and near water. There are insects and wildlife near by. You might be lucky and see a deer in the backyard. Please make sure to keep doors shut and remember lights attract bugs. This home is across the street from the lake but the lake access is in walking distance down the end of the street 5min walk. There is parking down there as well. The grass gets cut weekly on Thursday around 3pm. Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink as well as cleaning supplies, dish soap and dish washing detergent.
